As you may know I have a studio in Fulham and we have a home in Thames Ditton near Hampton Court. We have used Peter Krige of Krige Consulting Ltd on a number of occasions. On the first occasion Peter did a brief structural survey of our home in Thames Ditton. Following a subsidence claim our insurance company had jacked up our premiums. Peter’s report saved nearly three times his fee in the first year alone. On another occasion my neighbour in Fulham started work adjacent to my foundations and had actually dug under them until Peter quickly turned up and instructed them to fill the hole with concrete before lunch time which they promptly did!
